Connecting Assist AI with your ticketing systems

Assist AI can connect out of the box with HappyFox helpdesk, if you are using some other ticketing system, you can redirect your users to the new ticket creation form by connecting your ticketing system using the following steps.

 

Steps to link Assist AI with other ticketing systems:

 

  • If you are using Assist AI on Slack, open your Slack Workspace → click on Apps → Assist AI → Home tab→ Manage Assist AI 
  • If you are using Assist AI on Teams, open your Teams workspace → click on Assist AI on the left tab → Home tab→ Manage Assist AI 
  • This opens your Assist AI Admin dashboard
  • Click on the Apps tab from the menu on the left
  • Click on Ticketing Systems
  • Now click on Other Ticketing System

 

Enter the New ticket form URL of your ticketing system here. Assist AI will redirect the user who wants to raise a ticket to this link

 

 

 

 With this, the set-up for using other ticketing systems has been successfully enabled within Assist AI.
