Assist AI can help deflect questions from employees by suggesting relevant answers from the added knowledge source. This article explains the steps involved in integrating your GetGuru knowledge source with Assist AI.
Pre-requisite:
For Slack users: You should be an Assist AI admin to complete the installation of Assist AI on Slack.
For Teams users: You should be a Global admin on Teams to complete the installation of Assist AI on Teams
Integrating Assist AI with GetGuru
Integrating Assist AI with GetGuru allows you to leverage your existing content from GetGuru to help answer the employee queries from within Slack / Teams. Integrating your GetGuru content with Assist AI can be achieved by following these steps.

Sign in to your GetGuru Account

Click on Team Settings

Click on Apps and Integrations

Head to the API Access tab, click on Generate user token and copy this user token.

If you are using Assist AI on Slack, open your Slack Workspace → click on Apps → Assist AI → Home tab→ Manage Assist AI

If you are using Assist AI on Teams, open your Teams workspace → click on Assist AI on the left tab → Home tab→ Manage Assist AI

This opens the Assist AI Admin dashboard

Open the Apps tab and click on GetGuru under Knowledge Sources

Now enter your GetGuru Email ID and paste the user token copied from GetGuru here

Click on the Link button

With this, your GetGuru account has been successfully integrated with Assist AI.
Testing the integration between Assist AI and GetGuru:

Open your Slack / Teams Workspace, head to Apps → Assist AI

Click on the Messages tab
-
Enter a question from the knowledge available in your GetGuru account

Assist AI will fetch relevant answers from the newly connected GetGuru integration. With this, the GetGuru integration and testing have been completed successfully.
Note: It takes about 20 minutes to complete the data import. Please test the integration after that.
