Use these steps to implement your chatbot inside of the HappyFox Helpdesk Support Center. After you have embedded this piece of code, you’d see the chatbot widget on the bottom right corner of the page.
Steps to implement Chatbot inside HappyFox Helpdesk Support Center :
1. Log in to your HappyFox Help Desk Staff Portal
2. Use the module switcher to go to the Support Center landing page. Ensure you have the Agent access to the support center.
3. Ready the required chatbot installation code. Copy the Chatbot code from the HappyFox Bot Builder.
a.Log into the HappyFox Bot Builder platform
b.When you log in, click on the three dots next to your chatbot and choose Settings
c.Under Settings, click on Copy to Clipboard the Bot Widget code and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your website's footer.
Note: In case of bot customizations involved, please reach out to the product team member to give you the most updated code.
4. In Helpdesk, > Support Center, Under Appearance, click on Code Customizations where you’ll have the option of adding your own custom code.
5. Click on Custom Javascript/HTML section.
6. Add your bot installation code that was finalized in step 3.
7. Click Save
8. Click on Publish and voila, your Chatbot is live on Support Center.
9. Navigate to your Support Center and check your bot!
