HappyFox Workflows needs a webhook to be triggered to prompt a workflow and its related actions. The following are the different ways in which webhook can be triggered. 
 

a. Trigger Workflow using a Smart Rule in HappyFox Help Desk

b. Trigger Workflow manually from the Ticket details page of HappyFox Help Desk. 

c. Trigger Webhook on Ticket Creation and Ticket Updates in HappyFox Help Desk. 

d. Trigger Webhook from an external system.
