Perform quick reply

There are two different ways to reply to a ticket in HappyFox:

You can either respond to a ticket directly from the ticket summary using Quick Reply, or you can reply from the ticket details page where you have additional options.

 

Some tickets could be responded with a simple reply to the customer without having to open the ticket details page.

 

1. To do this, first login to your HappyFox account and navigate to your tickets page.

2. Under the summary of a ticket, click on the Quick Reply icon, type in your response and click “Send Reply”.
