HappyFox offers you to choose what information you would like to let your contact view on their contact portal.
Applicable Plans: ✔️ Mighty ✔️ Fantastic ✔️ Enterprise ✔️Enterprise Plus
To Customize Ticket Visibility Preferences for Contacts,
Navigate to Manage >> Account Settings >> Support Center Settings. Scroll down to Ticket preferences and tick against the desired checkbox:
Once the option is enabled, on the contact portal it will appear as follows (In this case, time spent is shown to contact):
