Email Signatures in HappyFox

HappyFox allows you to have Signatures specific to Categories and Agents.

Applicable Plans: ✔️ Mighty ✔️ Fantastic ✔️ Enterprise ✔️ Enterprise Plus 

As an agent, you might want to personalize your email signature that goes out to customers while adding an update on a ticket. Besides, you can set up signatures exclusive to the categories. 

Agent Signature:

To set Agent signature, navigate to My Settings Basic Info. 

The agent signature will not appear in your update in the HappyFox ticket. It automatically gets appended to the email that goes out, via the merge field {{staff_signature}} included in the email notification template. 

You can also add an image to your agent account's signature. Click here to view steps outlined on how to do this.

Category Signature:

To set Category Signature, navigate to Manage > Categories > Choose respective category > Signature.
