Outcome-based pricing connects Autopilot usage to completed AI Agent work instead of only to the number of AI Agents hired.
How to think about usage
An AI Agent may be hired once, hired multiple times for different support tasks, or scoped across several categories. Usage is affected by the amount of matching work Autopilot processes and the type of action the AI Agent completes.
What affects cost
- Number of matching tickets or records.
- Whether the AI Agent runs in a broad or narrow scope.
- Whether the same AI Agent is hired as multiple instances.
- How often scheduled AI Agents find matching records.
- Whether the AI Agent can access the connected app data it needs.
How to control usage
Start with narrow categories, monitor Agent Activity Log, and review Credits & Usage during the first week after deployment. Expand scope only after the AI Agent is producing useful results.
