Unexpected Autopilot credit usage usually points to an access, scope, configuration, dependency, timing, or data issue.
Check recent usage
- Open Autopilot > Credits & Usage.
- Review recent usage and note the dates where usage changed.
- Compare usage timing with recent AI Agent deployments or configuration changes.
Check AI Agent activity
- Open Agent Activity Log for the same date range.
- Review which AI Agents completed billable work.
- Check whether a broad category or Autopilot Mode caused more tickets or records to match than expected.
Adjust scope if needed
- Narrow ticket categories or record scope for high-volume tasks.
- Use Supervised Mode when available while reviewing usage patterns.
- Deactivate or reconfigure an AI Agent if it is running outside the intended support task.
Confirm the fix
After changing scope, monitor Credits & Usage and Agent Activity Log together for the next few runs.
