The Onboard step defines where the AI Agent runs, what it should do, and how much review your team wants before deployment.
Before you start
Decide exactly what the AI Agent should handle. A clear purpose makes its name, description, categories, and setup fields easier to choose.
Complete the Onboard step
- Give your AI Agent a name.
- In Custom Agent Description, explain what the AI Agent should help your team do.
- Choose the ticket categories, records, or connected app details requested by the setup flow.
- Choose Supervised Mode when your team should review early results before more automation.
- Complete any AI Agent-specific fields.
- Select Continue.
What happens next
Autopilot moves to the review or deploy step with the configuration you entered.
