Managing BeyondTrust Integration:
To enable BeyondTrust integration within HappyFox Help Desk, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Apps → Remote Support → and select BeyondTrust → Install.

To authorize HappyFox to access BeyondTrust, you will need to provide your BeyondTrust Remote Support URL, Client ID and Client Secret.
Remote Support URL: URL of your BeyondTrust account.
Client ID and Client Secret: These are the authentication credentials provided by BeyondTrust.
How to Generate Client ID and Client Secret in BeyondTrust:

Navigate to Management → API Configuration.

Click Enable XML API.

Click Add to create a new API account. Name it HappyFox Helpdesk or something similar.
