Assist AI's user groups feature allows admins to restrict the knowledge source's visibility across employees. You can make use of the user groups present in your Okta account as well. This article explains the steps involved in integrating your Okta account with Assist AI.
Pre-requisite:
For Slack users: You should be an Assist AI admin to complete the installation of Assist AI on Slack.
For Teams users: You should be a Global admin on Teams to complete the installation of Assist AI on Teams
You must be an Okta admin to perform this integration.
Integrating Assist AI with Okta:

Note: The API token generated to integrate Okta and Assist AI expires every month. So, the API Key needs to be updated before expiration for the integration to remain successful.
Granting access to Okta quick actions:
Okta integration with Assist AI also gives the ability for agents to perform a few quick actions from Assist AI within Slack. You can see the list of quick actions available as part of this integration by clicking on View all actions. Since these are admin actions, you can choose the list of agents who can access these actions.
Enable the Grant app action access to add the agents who can perform the Okta quick actions from Assist AI.
With this you have successfully integrated Okta with Assist AI and have granted Okta quick action access to certain agents.
