Bot Messages are snippets of notes that a bot sends to a visitor interacting with the bot. This could be a reply to a question posted or even a greeting. 

Configuring the Bot Message Action

• Log onto your Bot Builder account
• Choose the bot where you need to add a new bot message
• If this is the first bot you’re building in your account, you’re provided with a default bot that comes with a default message. 
• You are free to customize it as per your business need. 

• Make sure you save the action and save and publish your chatbot. 
• To add a bot another message to your chatbot at any other flow, simply click on the + button, and choose Bot Message action. Add your message and save and publish again. 

Testing Your Chatbot 

Click on the button Test to open a new tab with your published bot.
