Change writing direction while composing ticket replies.

Agents can change the direction of their text while composing ticket replies or private notes.

 

Applicable to all pricing plans

 

By default, the text direction is set as LTR (Left to right). However, this can be changed by clicking the RTL (Right to left) button inside the rich text editor.
