How to customize the messages sent from HappyFox Workflows?

HappyFox Workflows can send emails, create tickets, forward tickets and add replies to existing tickets. In each of the indicated actions, the content of the message sent from HappyFox Workflows can be configured to suit the business needs.
 

Steps to configure message:

  • Log in to HappyFox Workflows.
  • Open the required workflow. If you don’t have a workflow yet, create your first workflow and complete webhook set up. 
  • Click the action where you want to configure the content. Eg. Send an email, create a ticket, forward ticket, add a reply. 
  • On the right pane which lists the action properties, choose the ticket from the event. 
  • Go to the ‘Message’ field and type the content that you want to be used. 
  • Wherever you require field values to be dynamically populated, indicate the field names using the ‘Merge Fields’ option.
