You can set the number of tickets to be displayed in the Ticket List page on your HappyFox agent portal.

1. Login to your agent account and click “My Settings” on the top of the page.

2. Under Ticket Preferences, use the Tickets per page drop-down box to set the number of tickets you wish to see per page.

3. Click Save to confirm.
Your ticket list is now revised with the number of tickets per page that you have set.
