You can configure the ticket/contact fields order by using the “Reorder” option present beside the search bar in each tab.
The order which is configured here will be the order in which the ticket/contact custom fields will be displayed in New ticket form, ticket details page and contact detail page.
Clicking the “reorder” will open the list of fields with option to drag a field up or down.
Note: For ticket custom fields, the ordering is exclusive for each category. Save the field order for each category individually.
