View/Re invite Pending Agents

Pending Agents include members who’ve been invited but are yet to activate their accounts. These agents can be reinvited or deleted from here.

 To view the list of pending agents, navigate to “Manage >> Agents” and click on “Pending” tab. The pending tab includes the below sections.

  1. Pending Agents: Displays the list of agents who were added by account admin through HappyFox but the agent has not yet activated the account.

    • Admins can reinvite an agent by clicking on the “Reinvite” option present within the three dots at the end of the agent row.

      • Reinviting an agent will re trigger the account invite email with activation URL to the agent email ID.

    • Admins can also delete the account invitation sent by clicking on the “Delete Invitation” option present within the three dots at the end of the agent row.

      • Deleting the invitation will make the account activation URL sent in email to the agent invalid.

  2. Pending SSO Accounts: Displays the list of agents who have tried creating a new account by themselves by using the SSO option present in the agent login screen.

    • Admins can activate an agent by clicking on the “Activate” option present within the three dots at the end of the agent row.

      • Activating an agent will allow you to associate a role and categories to the agent before activating the profile.

    • Admins can delete the account creation invitation received by clicking on the “Delete” option present within the three dots at the end of the agent row.

      • Deleting the agent invite will delete the account access request sent by the agent and not allow to sign in.

  3. Pending Google Apps Agents: Agents were added by the admin through Google apps and the agents have not yet created their account.

    • Admins can activate by clicking on the “Activate” option present within the three dots at the end of the agent row.

      • Activating an agent will allow you to associate a role and categories to the agent before activating the profile.

    • Admins can also delete the invitation received by clicking on the “Delete” option present within the three dots at the end of the agent row.

      • Deleting the agent invite will delete the account access request sent by the agent and not allow to sign in.
