- Fixed: Category setting to create a new ticket when contact replies on a completed ticket, was not honoured.
- Fixed: Contact was unable to add a response via customer panel, in a specific scenario.
- Fixed: Contact count in contact groups was not honoring permissions.
- Introduced a restriction to have at least one pending and one completed behavior statuses.
- General security checks and fixes across the app.
- Other minor fixes in few areas like Merge, Permissions, Contact details, Support center and Support widget.
