New Features:

1. Real-time proactive agent collision detection for Enterprise plan.

2. HappyFox integration with Stripe

3. Send staff email notifications when Knowledge base articles are created and updated.

 

Enhancements:

1. Satisfaction survey will now trigger survey while moving the ticket to closed status even without a staff message (From ticket box or add update area).

2. Added 4 new notification template tags, 'Subject', 'Status', 'Due Date' & 'Priority' to Move ticket notification.

3. Performance optimization done for reports sections, to improve response time.

 

Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed an issue with JIRA integration on syncing of ticket updates as issue comments.

2. Fixed an issue in reporting, where 'Number of tickets' graph sometimes displayed incorrect dates.
