When a contact submits a ticket through the Support Center, HappyFox shows a default success message. You can replace this with a custom message (for example, to set response time expectations or include a ticket reference tip).

Available on all plans.

Add a custom success message

  1. Go to Main Menu > Support Center > Look & Feel > New Ticket > Custom Message after Ticket Creation.

  2. If your account has multiple brands, select the correct brand from the dropdown at the top of the page.
  3. Click the New Ticket page tile.
  4. Find the Custom Message after Ticket Creation section and click Customize.
  5. Enter your message in the rich text editor.

  6. Click Save.

Note If your account has multiple brands, make sure you have selected the correct brand before saving. Look & Feel settings are brand-specific.

What contacts see

Once saved, the custom message replaces the default confirmation text for contacts who create a ticket through the Support Center, both before and after login.
