Enable integration with Pipedrive

HappyFox integration with Pipedrive lets you access relevant information about the customer from HappyFox interface, and also allows you to push tickets as a activity against the contact or the organization in Pipedrive. 

Available to Mighty and above pricing plans.

Pipedrive information is shown for the corresponding HappyFox Contact:

  • Inside Ticket details page.
  • During Ticket Creation.

Steps to Integrate Pipedrive with HappyFox:

  • Log in to HappyFox.
  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Pipedrive.
  • Click Install. In the subsequent screen, you will be asked to provide  "Company Name" and "API key". 
  • Getting API key from Pipedrive.
    • Log in to Pipedrive with your credentials.
    • Go to Profile >> Settings >>API to get your API key.
  • Clicking "Save" enables the integration.

Pushing HappyFox information into Pipedrive:

To push HappyFox ticket information into Pipedrive as either "Contact" or "Organisational" Activity, you would need to enable this feature:

  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Pipedrive.
  • Click Manage, then Enable "Push Ticket Information to CRM".
  • You can choose between "Contact Activity" and "Organisational Activity", for the corresponding information to be stored as, inside Pipedrive.
  • Click Save.

Disable Pipedrive App from HappyFox:

Only One CRM app can be active in your HappyFox account. If you would like to try out other CRM apps, you have to disable Pipedrive app first.

Steps:

  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Pipedrive.
  • Click "Manage".
  • To temporarily disable the app, click "disable the app" link inside "Status"
