With HappyFox-Zoho CRM integration, your support agents can:
- View Zoho customer information from HappyFox ticket-detail and new-ticket form.
- Create cases automatically in Zoho while creating HappyFox tickets
How to Integrate Zoho CRM with HappyFox:
- Log in to HappyFox.
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> Zoho CRM.
- Click Install. In the subsequent screen, you will be asked to provide "Client ID", "Client Secret" and "Self-Client Token"
- Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
- Visit Zoho CRM developer console.
- Click "Add Client ID".
- Specify Client Name as your Helpdesk Application Name - Example: Acmedo.
- Specify your client domain as your HappyFox URL - Example: Acmedo.happyfox.com

Specify Authorized redirect URI as https://<companyname>.happyfox.com/staff/manage/integrations/crm/oauth2/callback/

replace <companyname> with your HappyFox subdomain.

Set Client type as "Web-based".

Click "Create'.

In the subsequent screen, you will be provided with "Client ID" and "Client Secret". Please copy both the codes and hit "Close".

There will be a new entry for HappyFox created in your developer console. Click more actions >> self-client.

Set scope as ZohoCRM.modules.all

Verify that the expiry time is 3 minutes.

Click "View Code".

In a pop-up, the "Self-Client Token" will be listed. Copy the code and hit "close".

Switch back to Zoho CRM integrations page inside HappyFox.

Paste the "Client ID", "Client Secret" and "Self-Client Token" obtained from Zoho CRM.

Click "Save". This Enables the HappyFox - Zoho CRM integration.

Note: Clicking on "Edit" would redirect you to the corresponding contact's landing page inside Zoho CRM.
Pushing HappyFox Ticket information into Zoho CRM:
To push HappyFox ticket information into Zoho CRM as "contact-cases"
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> Zoho CRM.
- Click Manage, then Enable "Push Ticket Information to CRM".
- Click Save.
Once it is enabled, you would find the ticket information inside the corresponding contacts page's cases section inside Zoho CRM when new tickets are created in HappyFox:
Disable Zoho CRM App from HappyFox:
Only one CRM app can be active in your HappyFox account. If you would like to try out other CRM apps, you have to disable Zoho CRM app first.
Steps:
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> Zoho CRM.
- Click "Manage".
- To temporarily disable the app, click "disable the app" link inside "Status".
