Configure Zoho CRM Integration with HappyFox

Zoho CRM software is an online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for managing your sales, marketing & support in a single system.

With Zoho CRM integration, your support agents can:

  • View Zoho customer information from HappyFox ticket-detail and new-ticket form.
  • Create cases automatically in Zoho while creating HappyFox tickets.

How to Integrate Zoho CRM with HappyFox:

  • Log in to HappyFox.
  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Zoho CRM.
  • Click Install. In the subsequent screen, you will be asked to provide  "Authentication token".
  • Getting Authentication token from Zoho CRM:
    • Copy/Paste the following link (After replacing Parameters) in the browser and your authentication token will be downloaded in a file on hitting the URL:  https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/nb/create?SCOPE=ZohoCRM/crmapi&EMAIL_ID=[Username/EmailID]&PASSWORD=[Password]&DISPLAY_NAME=[ApplicationName] 
  • Paste the Authentication token received from Zoho CRM.
  • Click "Save". This also enables the integration.

 Note: Clicking on "Edit" would redirect you to the corresponding contact's landing page inside Zoho CRM.
 

Pushing HappyFox Ticket information into Zoho CRM:

To push HappyFox ticket information into Zoho CRM as "contact-cases"

  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Zoho CRM.
  • Click Manage, then Enable "Push Ticket Information to CRM".
  • Click Save.

Once it is enabled, you would find the ticket information inside the corresponding contacts page's cases section inside Zoho CRM when new tickets are created in HappyFox:

Disable Zoho CRM App from HappyFox:

Only one CRM app can be active in your HappyFox account. If you would like to try out other CRM apps, you have to disable Zoho CRM app first.

Steps:

  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Zoho CRM.
  • Click "Manage".
  • To temporarily disable the app, click "disable the app" link inside "Status".
