HappyFox app for Android requires a network connection. It does not cache or store your tickets. If you are not connected to the internet or if the connection is too slow/erratic, the app will be unable to fetch and show your tickets. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet and try to refresh the app by pulling down on the ticket list.
