You can raise a new ticket from the HappyFox Android app in the following way:
1. Go to 'New Ticket' from the left side menu.
2. Give your registered contact information, relevant subject and ticket message.
3. If your contact information is not already registered, when you go to 'Next', it takes you to fill up a Contact details form.
4. The final step would be to fill up the mandatory tickets fields, such as category and custom fields if any and then click on 'Submit'.
