You can add an attachment when you are creating a new ticket from the mobile or when you are adding an update to any ticket. In the new ticket form or in your ticket update form, you will see an attachment icon, on clicking which it will take you to the gallery to chose from.
Images from your gallery can be sent as an attachment, and right now you can add only one attachment with your update or your new ticket.
