Having trouble setting up SMTP due to pre-existing Microsoft session in the browser?

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is mandated for your HappyFox agent portal, while attempting to setup SMTP as indicated here the browser will authenticate your session and you may not be able to successfully because the email channel address will be different from the agent email address.

To resolve this, please follow these steps precisely:
1) Log into HappyFox using a private browsing window. Ensure you are not logged into Microsoft in this browsing session.
2) Navigate to Main Menu > Apps > Entra ID SSO. If navigation is challenging, use this direct link:

US datacenter instance: https://your-HappyFox-account-name.happyfox.com/staff/apps/azure/manage

EU datacenter instance: https://your-HappyFox-account-name.happyfox.net/staff/apps/azure/manage
If your instance uses custom domain: https://your-custom-domain/staff/apps/azure/manage

3) Click Change
4) Switch off the toggle as shown in the screen-shot and Save

5) Log out of HappyFox and return to the agent login page, sign in using email ID and password method. Avoid using the Login with Azure AD button. Reset your password if necessary.
6) Attempt to setup SMTP by clicking the SMTP icon in the corresponding email channel
7) Log in and approve
8) After successful completion, revert the setting change made in step #4
