How to Integrate Keap with HappyFox:
- Log in to HappyFox.
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> Keap.
- Click Install. In the subsequent screen, you will be asked to provide "Account name" and "API key".
How to get the Account name and API key?:
- To get the account name, click your profile icon as as shown and the name is shown next to Current app:
- InfusionSoft has deprecated legacy API keys. Therefore a Service Account Key is required in place of the API key
- You can find the option for “API Settings” inside the Settings menu of your Keap app.
- From the Service Account Keys tab, create a new key

Note: Clicking on "Edit" would redirect you to the corresponding contact detail page inside Keap.

Managing Keap Contact tags within Ticket details page:
Steps to add Contact tags:
- Go to the desired ticket details page.
- Under the Keap section, click "Add tags".
- Choose a Category for the tag and enter the tag name.
- Click "Add tags" to add the tag to the corresponding contact inside Keap.

Pro Tip: If Integration is enabled and a new ticket is created in your help desk, HappyFox creates contacts in Keap automatically in absence of the contact being present in Keap. 💫
Pushing HappyFox Ticket Updates into Keap Email History:
Steps to enable this feature:
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> Keap.
- Click Manage, then Enable "Push Ticket Information to CRM".
- Click Save.
Once it is enabled, you would find the ticket updates inside the corresponding contacts page's email section inside Keap:
Disable Keap App from HappyFox:
Only one CRM app can be active in your HappyFox account. If you would like to try out other CRM apps, you have to disable Keap app first.
Steps:
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> Keap.
- Click "Manage".
- To temporarily disable the app, click "disable the app" link inside "Status"
