Configure Infusionsoft Integration with HappyFox

Infusionsoft is a complete sales and marketing automation software for small businesses combining CRM, email marketing, lead capture and e-commerce.

Infusionsoft integration with HappyFox:

  • Shows Infusionsoft contact information in Ticket details and new ticket form.

  • Allows adding Infusionsoft tags to contacts from HappyFox.

  • Shows ticket conversations under contact email category in Infusionsoft.

How to Integrate Infusionsoft with HappyFox:

  • Log in to HappyFox.
  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Infusionsoft.
  • Click Install. In the subsequent screen, you will be asked to provide  "Account name" and "API key".
  • For "Account name", check out your URL after successful login into Infusionsoft. It should be of the format https://<accountname>.infusionsoft.com. Enter only the <accountname> value in the field inside HappyFox.
  • Go to Settings >> API inside Infusionsoft to get your "Encryption key". The encryption key is your "API Key" for the integration.
  • Click "save". This also enables the integration.

Note: Clicking on "Edit" would redirect you to the corresponding contact detail page inside Infusionsoft.

Managing Infusionsoft Contact tags within Ticket details page:

Steps to add Contact tags:

  • Go to the desired ticket details page.
  • Under the Infusionsoft section, click "Add tags".
  • Choose a Category for the tag and enter the tag name.
  • Click "Add tags" to add the tag to the corresponding contact inside Infusionsoft.

Pro Tip: If Integration is enabled and a new ticket is created in your help desk, HappyFox creates contacts in Infusionsoft automatically in absence of the contact being present in Infusionsoft. 💫

Pushing HappyFox Ticket Updates into Infusionsoft Email History:

Steps to enable this feature:

  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Infusionsoft.
  • Click Manage, then Enable "Push Ticket Information to CRM".
  • Click Save.

Once it is enabled, you would find the ticket updates inside the corresponding contacts page's email section inside Infusionsoft:

Disable Infusionsoft App from HappyFox:

Only one CRM app can be active in your HappyFox account. If you would like to try out other CRM apps, you have to disable Infusionsoft app first.

Steps:

  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Infusionsoft.
  • Click "Manage".
  • To temporarily disable the app, click "disable the app" link inside "Status"
