HappyFox does not encrypt the entire email content, but it uses DKIM to provide authentication and integrity for outgoing emails during transport.

DKIM is mandatory and is suggested for all our Account users. You can verify by accessing the Email Channels. Please refer How to set up an email channel in HelpDesk?
