We’re actively working on bringing Instagram integration to HappyFox Helpdesk.
Once complete, this feature will allow seamless routing of Instagram messages to HappyFox as support tickets. Additionally, replies from HappyFox Helpdesk will be sent back to Instagram as replies, ensuring smooth communication.
