We have introduced new features in Workflows that allow you to perform math operations and text transformations, along with an inline lookup table for easier data management.

Performing Math Operations

1. Open a Workflow
 2. Select Perform Math Operations from the action drop-down menu. You can perform the following operations:
     - Addition
     - Subtraction
     - Multiplication
     - Division

Transforming Text

1. Open a Workflow
2.  Select "Transform Text" from the action drop-down menu. You can perform the following text transformations:
   - Uppercase: Converts all characters in a text field to uppercase.
   - Lowercase: Converts all characters in a text field to lowercase.
   - Capitalize: Capitalizes the first letter of each word in a text field.
   - Split Text: Splits a text field into separate parts based on a delimiter.
   - Find and Replace Text: Finds specified text within a field and replaces it with new text.
   - Extract Email: Extracts email addresses from a text field.
   - Extract Phone Number: Extracts phone numbers from a text field.

Lookup Table

  1. We have introduced an inline lookup table that allows you to set up key-value pairs (up to 50 rows).
  2. This feature lets you create mapping pairs directly within the workflow, eliminating the need to rely on Google Sheets for lookups.

By utilizing these new features, you can enhance your workflows with powerful math operations, versatile text transformations, and efficient data lookups.
