Lookup Table action in Workflows streamlines your Workflow management by eliminating the need to rely on external tools like Google Sheets for managing key-value pairs. Now, you can efficiently handle data mapping tasks directly within the Workflows. The lookup table supports up to 50 rows to accommodate your data mapping needs.
How to Use:
- Navigate to the Workflow builder page and add the Lookup Table action to your Workflow.
- Specify the field which will contain the key within your trigger information to retrieve the corresponding value during execution.
- Populate the lookup table with key-value pairs that align with your Workflow requirements.
- Set a fallback value to define the response in case the desired data is not available in the lookup table, ensuring uninterrupted Workflow operation.
- Once configured, click 'Save and Test' to validate your setup.
With this your Look up table is configured and the looked up value is ready to be used in further actions.
