Pre Requisite:
To initiate the installation process, you must be the Slack enterprise grid Admin.
Steps to install Assist AI on Enterprise Grid Slack Workspace:
- Log in to Admin portal of Slack Enterprise grid. (Navigate to Settings and Administration from any one of the enterprise grid Slack workspace to open the admin portal)
- Navigate to Integrations ->Installed Apps -> Manage Apps ->Install an App
- Here, you'll find a list of available applications that can be integrated into your workspace. Search for Assist AI and click on it.
- Now you will be redirected to grant permissions.
- Select your enterprise grid from the dropdown on top
- Click Allow to grant the necessary permissions.
- Then choose the specific workspaces within your grid where you want to add Assist AI. You can select all the workspaces that you wish to integrate with Assist AI.
- Review your selections, and grant the required permissions. Once you're satisfied, click Add App to complete the integration process.
- After installation, you can configure and customize Assist AI settings to meet your organization's needs by following the steps on Assist AI admin dashboard.
