As an admin, once the installation, knowledge configuration is completed for Assist AI, you would want all the employees in your organisation to start using Assist AI. Please follow these steps to bring up Assist AI on every employees side tab on Teams, so they can ask their questions directly to the bot.
Pre requisite: You must be a global admin on Teams to perform these steps.
Steps to add Assist AI to all your employees in Teams:
- Open this link
- Click on Global (Org-wide default) under Manage policies
- Click Add apps under installed apps section
- Search for Assist AI
- Click Add
- Now click Add apps under pinned apps section
- Search for Assist AI
- Click Add
- Reorder Assist AI's pin as needed
- Click Save
- Once this change is confirmed, Assist AI will be added to all the employees in the organisation. Click Confirm to proceed.
- Once confirmed, the change will take a few minutes to reflect across the organisation.
You have now successfully added Assist AI to all the employees in your organisation.
