Customizing your chatbot helps you speak about your brand through virtual assistants. To change the look and feel of your bot as per your needs, follow these steps. 

• Login to your bot builder

• Navigate to Settings

• Choose the Appearance tab

• Here are what each of the settings means

  • Display Name - This is the name of your bot that shows on the colored header of the chat widget

  • Icon/Logo - You can upload a picture of your company logo or a virtual assistant. This replaces the blue fox icon on the widget

  • Brand Color - This changes the color of the header and the user input box the message box. This replaces the blue-colored text box

  • Text Color - You can change the color of your text to match the brand's color. You can either choose a dark text or a light one to make the text more visible

• Click Save after updating the Appearance Settings.
