Answers are another type of content that can be configured in a chatbot. These allow rich text and media to be added to their content. These are easier to manage and can be added quickly. These also get considered in the AI search.
HappyFox Bot Builder lets you insert answers into the chatbot widget using the Show Answer action on the Bot Builder. With answers, you can build your chatbot to show all your simple Q&As in one place using rich text and images. HappyFox Chatbot also automatically scans through the answers for keywords and phrases. It is also recommended in AI search results when a chatbot visitor types their questions directly during a conversation.
Add an Answer
To add an answer, follow these steps:

Click Content on the left pane tab
- Under Content, choose Answer and click on New Answer or Create a new answer
- Give your answer a title. For example - How do I reset my password
- Add the relevant information to the question posed in the title. The visitor will see the title as a user choice and the information inside the content as the answer to the question
- Save the answer
- You can format your content and also add pictures to your Answer
- Make sure your Answer is Published. Only then do they appear in the Select Answer drop down.
- You can also add relevant tags and keywords to your guide to enhance AI search results
Making use of answers in the Bot flow
To add answers in the Bot Builder, follow the steps below -

Open the bot builder and choose the bot you want to configure
- Go to the required point on the chatbot flow where the Answer needs to be added
- Next, click on + and choose Show Answer action
- The list of published answers is made available in the dropdown. Choose an answer of your Choice
- Save & Publish the chatbot
Testing Your Chatbot
Click on the button Test to open a new tab with your published bot.
