Once you have successfully installed Assist AI on Slack and have configured one of the knowledge base systems and ticketing services, you can go ahead and let everyone in your organization know about it. Assist AI offers an Announcement feature that allows you to send a customized Welcome message from Assist AI to all users in your organization's Slack workspace. This helps in listing Assist AI under the apps section in Slack for easy user accessibility.

Sending an Announcement:

1. Log into the Assist AI Admin dashboard.
2. On the home screen, locate and click on "Start now" next to "Let your team know."
3. You'll find a pre-configured message that can be edited according to your organization's preferences.
4. Make the necessary changes to the message to suit your requirements.
5. Preview the message to ensure it aligns with your intentions.
6. Once satisfied, click 'Send DM to all'.

7. Now this message gets sent in DM from Assist AI to everyone in your organization's Slack workspace. Thus, informing users about Assist AI's presence in Slack and providing users with direct access to ask questions to the bot from within Slack.
