Configure Batchbook Integration with HappyFox

Batchbook is a CRM tool, best suited for Small and medium businesses, that can streamline communications with customers and client. With HappyFox-Batchbook integration, agents can gather client information from Batchbook for the corresponding ticket contacts inside HappyFox.

How to Integrate Batchbook with HappyFox:

  • Log in to HappyFox.
  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Batchbook.
  • Click Install. In the subsequent screen, you will be asked to provide a "CRM account URL" and "Authentication token". CRM account URL is your Batchbook URL.
  • Get Authentication token from Batchbook:
    • Visit <yourcrm>.batchbook.com

    •  Go to Settings and find "API key". The API key is your authentication token.
  • Click "Save". This also enables the integration.

Note: Clicking Edit, would redirect you to the corresponding contact page inside Batchbook, where you can edit information.

Pushing HappyFox information into Batchbook:

To push HappyFox ticket information into Batchbook as "Communications", you would need to enable this feature:

  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Batchbook.
  • Click Manage, then Enable "Push Ticket Information to CRM".
  • Click Save.

Once it is enabled, you would find the ticket information under "Communications" inside the corresponding contacts page inside Batchbook:

Disable Batchbook App from HappyFox:

Only one CRM app can be active in your HappyFox account. If you would like to try out other CRM apps, you have to disable Batchbook app first.

Steps:

  • Go to Apps >> CRM >> Batchbook.
  • Click "Manage".
  • To temporarily disable the app, click "disable the app" link inside "Status"
