HappyFox Billing Portal is a secure way for admins to view the current plan subscription details, access past invoices, and add credit card details.
Navigating to your HappyFox Billing Portal
Permission Alert: Only Agents with "Manage Billing" permission will be able to access the Billing portal.
- Log in to the HappyFox Agent portal.
- Click the "Billing" section.
- You'll be redirected to the Billing portal in a new tab.
Viewing your Subscription Details
The Billing portal provides you detailed information on your current HappyFox Subscription. Visit "HappyFox Help Desk" under Subscription in the left navigation.
Key information about your subscription are displayed:
- Billing Cycle
- Current Plan
- No. of Help Desk agents (if you're on per-agent plan)
- Next Billing Amount
- Account Name
Managing your HappyFox Billing
Admins can perform billing-related actions like changing billing addresses, downloading invoices & paid receipts and adding credit card details through the billing portal.
