A report or a page can be deleted altogether by following these steps,

To delete a report:

1. Click on the edit icon next to the report name in the menu bar

2. In the ‘Edit reports’ window, click the ‘Delete’ button to delete the report

To delete a page:

1. Click on the edit icon next to the page name on the screen

2. In the ‘Edit page’ window, click the ‘Delete’ button to delete the page
