Enable Google reCAPTCHA for Ticket Forms

HappyFox help desk admins can enable Google's reCAPTCHA feature to combat SPAM/robotic ticket creation through their end-user forms.

This article is applicable only for HappyFox accounts with older version of Support Center. For accounts with the new version please head over to Main Menu > Support Center > New Ticket to see reCaptcha options. Steps to Enable Google's reCAPTCHA for ticket forms:

  • Log in to HappyFox as an agent.  
  • Navigate to Manage >> Account Settings >> Support Center Settings >> Visibility Preferences.
  • Check "Display captcha for end-user forms" checkbox.
  • Click "Save".

Note : Captcha is configurable per-brand. If you have multi-brand setup, go to Manage >> Multibrand >>  { Desired Multibrand } >> Customize >> Support Center Settings >> Visibility Preferences.
