Agents can use the mobile ticket creation form to create tickets on the fly. Learn more about new ticket creation form for agents here.
To create a new ticket,
- Touch the "Hamburger" icon to bring up the quick access menu.
- Touch "New Ticket".
- Enter Contact Email/Phone, ticket subject and ticket content. Touch "Forward Arrow".
- HappyFox will look up existing contacts and pre-fill contact details, if present.
- Enter Contact Custom Field Details. Touch "Forward Arrow".
- Enter Basic ticket details such as Category, Priority, Assignee, Category, Ticket-Custom Fields etc. Touch "Submit Arrow".
- You have successfully created a support ticket.
Note: You must fill all fields which are marked "Mandatory", before proceeding to the next step.
