Configure FullContact Integration with HappyFox

FullContact is a contact management platform that provides access to consolidated customer profiles for targeted communication. Additional information about your HappyFox contacts from FullContact; including their location, organization, title, social media profiles and more are automatically shown to your agents helping them know your customers better.

 

To configure FullContact integration with HappyFox, you need to

  1. Fetch the “API Key” from FullContact

  2. Install and setup the FullContact app inside HappyFox

Note: This integration performs a lookup for customer details every time an agent

  • Creates a new ticket on behalf of the customer or

  • Opens  a ticket raised by the customer

Please note that successful matches will add towards the “Match” limit determined by your FullContact pricing plan.

 

 

Fetching the API Key from FullContact

Copy the API Key that was displayed when you setup your FullContact account. The “API Key” is shown only once during initial FullContact account setup. 

Installing and Configuring the FullContact app inside HappyFox

  1. Login to HappyFox and navigate to “Apps” module.

  2. Either search for “FullContact” or select “Contact Management” category to locate the app.

  1. Select “Install” to initiate the configuration.

  2. Paste the “API Key” from FullContact during the setup process.

  1. Click “Save” to finish setting up the app and to enable it.
