HappyFox agents will get automatically logged out if there's no account activity in the last 24 hours.

What do we mean by no activity:

- HappyFox was not open in on the browser.

- HappyFox was open in the browser but was not the active tab for 24 hours.

- HappyFox was the active tab in the browser, but there were no keyboard or mouse movements recorded in the last 24 hours.

This feature is available on all pricing plans.

A minute before the agent is logged out, HappyFox will prompt the agent to stay active to avoid logging out.
