Possible errors while your account is created

In the unlikely event that your HappyFox account does not get created, you can try signing up again, or contact the support team, by sending an email to support@happyfox.com.

During the sign up process,

  1. If you are alerted that the subdomain of your choice is already in use, try signing up with a different account name.

  2. Do not close the window when you are redirected to the HappyFox website, after confirming your email ID in the email you receive.

  3. Make sure all the required fields on the form are filled.
