Add a Permalink to your notifications

You can add a permalink with your notifications in the staff new reply notification, staff private note notification, staff assignment notification, staff move ticket notification and client new reply notification. This permalink takes you directly to the update that is referred to in the notification.

Also, on the ticket details page of all tickets, each update now has a permalink option. You have a 'click to copy' option available on the left in the update box which will copy the link to the clipboard.

To use this feature, you can edit any of the templates mentioned above and add the new tag - {{update_url}} available in the templates for the following notifications.
