The following new features/enhancements have been deployed to all HappyFox accounts yesterday,

 

  • Permalink for updates
    - Each update on the ticket detail page now has a permalink option
    - Copy to clipboard option available on the left in the update box
    - New tag - {{update_url}} available in templates for the following notifications - staff new reply notification, staff private note notification, staff assignment notification, staff move ticket notification and client new reply notification
  • New permissions - Add and delete tags
    Now possible to set staff roles with more granular permissions to Add and/or Delete tags on tickets. To retain existing behavior for all existing accounts, the permissions have been enabled by default
  • Tags in compact view preferences
    Now possible to choose tags as a column for the compact view preferences
  • Italian language translation updated
  • Fixed bug where last_updated_at was not returned in the Knowledge Base API. Also added slug text in the response to the same API
