Summary Report
A whole reviewer submission on one ticket, for one agent, one row per scorecard. Columns:
- review_id — Identifies one reviewer's entire submission on one ticket, for one agent. Every row belonging to the same review shares this ID.
- ticket_id — The ticket the review was submitted on.
- agent_name — The agent who was reviewed.
- reviewer_name — Who submitted the review.
- scorecard_name — Which scorecard this row summarizes.
- reviewed_at — When the review was originally published.
- overall_score_percent — The blended average score across everything scored in that scorecard.
How the date filter applies
Export follows whatever date range you've picked on the Overview page, using the same rule as the on-screen reports: a review counts toward the month it was originally published, even if a scorecard on it gets filled in later. Because of this, downloading the same month's report twice — once early, once later — can return slightly different results if something was filled in between the two downloads
