If your organization employs a knowledge base system to promote self-help within your target audience, you can use it to power your chatbot.
HappyFox Chat offers out-of-box integration with HappyFox & Zendesk knowledge base. And if you’re using other KB systems - an easy CSV export from your system can be used instead.
Configuring Knowledge Base

Log onto HappyFox Bot Builder

Navigate to Content

Click on the Knowledge Base tab and choose what kind of KB System you want to import

For HappyFox & Zendesk KBs -

Click on the HappyFox or Zendesk tab

Paste the URL for the knowledge base

Give it a name
-
Click on Import

When the import is synced, you can either open up all sections of the KB or restrict the content that is considered by the bot. Use the pencil icon to select the required sections.

For CSV imports -

Download the latest CSV template by clicking on the template link.

Here are the different columns of the CSV file that need to be filed-

Reference - This is the serial number of the FAQ

Title - The heading of the FAQ. These appear as user choices

Content - The answer showed when a user selects one of the titles of the FAQ

Tags: Keywords relating to your FAQ

Groups: Groups are sections that you segregate your FAQs into
